I honestly don't know. I didn't watch any of it. I saw threads about him "calling out dems" and made an inference. Maybe he was doing it in a calm or jovial manner.
I never watched a Biden SOTU either. I honestly don't recall the last one I watched. I don't really have the attention span to sit still and stare at a screen for very long.
