if desantis would pass a law that allowed teachers to protect themselves, i.e. drop kick some of these shitheads, they'd all be better off.

I’m a little surprised this is in Brevard. Must be a few select schools.
Yeah. That county is 82% white/11% black.
I'd be willing to bet it's the schools with the inverse ratio of that.

Our children are not clowns,” said a local NAACP member. “They are not snot-nosed.” He accused Ivey of using “scare tactics” and “bullying” in pushing for disciplinary clampdowns.
Ahh there it is. The beautiful culture.

My daughter went to a private school until 9th grade, when she announced that she wanted to experience a "real high school enviornment". After a few weeks she realized her mistake. It was a zoo- worst were the black girls, who routinely tore out each other's pierced earrings in hall fights.
She felt like she was in remedial classes and returned to private school.

I went to public schools in the 90s and 2000s. The notion of a student hitting a teacher was unheard of. If we misbehaved, the school had permission to paddle us, and the parents wholeheartedly supported it. Restoring order in these schools isn’t rocket science. Kids just need to know there are consequences for being disruptive.

He’s right, they are a bunch of animals, period!! Society is better off without them!!

The teacher highlighted in the story is a special Ed teacher. Probably an aide as her Salary is listed at about $22k per year.
She is probably getting tired of the kids in her class with tendencies toward violent outbursts. Can’t say as I blame her. That’s tough.

This is progress?
To the people that really don't care about education? Yes, this is the progress they intend to force onto others.

I've never heard a prominent black person speak out against anything like ghetto culture. I assume they're just fine with it, for the most part.
Many prominent black people have spoken out: Thomas Sowell, Candace Owens, Leo Terrell, Larry Elder, Charles Barkley, etc…
Sadly, most are immediately labeled as “uncle toms” and/or traitors to their race.
And, of course, we all know which group of people do the labeling. They are not all of the race, just the same political ideology.

Bad thing is that most of these teachers are liberal idiots who vote for these policies they end up not liking.

If they are not afraid of punishment for carjacking or armed robbery, I kind of doubt that any discipline the school can give them is going to do anything.
