The cartels cannot produce medical grade marijuana

These types of statements are just not true. Big pharma and the cartels are known to work hand in hand. Cartels push all sorts of drugs and those drugs don't just magically fall from the sky.

Cartels are owned by the same people that own big business/government. There's a small group at the top and they own a lot. The history of who pushed the English into warring in Afghanistan, India, and China should suffice for enough evidence on this matter.

Big pharma or cartel, same people at the top. A lot of people moved to Colorado when weed first became legal to make a business and they lost their arse as soon as big business came in bottoming out the price.

You want cartels to not be in on this then you need to get rid of corporations. It won't get rid of the tomfoolery completely, but it will help tremendously.

How is this worse? 20% of one of the lowest numbers in the world is not high.

US, or better yet Mexico, probably have well over 50% of some of the highest numbers in the world.

Why do you feel the need to tell people what they can and cannot put into their own body? Why are you such an arrogant a-hole?
