And I don't know what you meant by $5 weed.
What I am saying is Flakke is popular in your state. I'm saying that legalization has not caused the cartels to go under. The black marj=ket is thriving by all accounts according to your cops and reports. You have done nothing to hurt the cartels.
They are still selling pot. They have added flakke for cheaper highs and moved even more into heroin.
So what exactly have you gained except the OK to get high? You have not changed one thing in your own state.

The rest is attributed to alcohol and other drugs.

Your state 100% disagrees with you.

No it doesn't.
So you are saying that the feds, the local police are all wrong?

17% tested for only TCH. More had mulitple drugs in their system. However.... let's just go with that. 17% good with you? Acceptable?

For the third time, black market weed here it's not dirt weed from Honduras.
Go to Craigslist in Seattle and check out the weed for sale. If you think that's some seedy ditch weed from South of the border you don't know shite about weed.

Well, considering its the fricking truth, yeah, let's go with that one.

Yes we have. We've ended extorting money out of people over a plant.

Again... for the 9th time, the black market is not going anywhere. They are active. Reports show it. You can try all day to split hairs, but the legalization of it has NOT stopped or hurt the black market.
Even Colorado dispensaries were busted for working with Cartels specifically.
quote:
A marijuana dispensary in Denver, Colorado was raided by the Drug Enforcement Administration on May 7 due to its alleged ties with a Colombian drug cartel, according to the Washington Times. Four men, three of whom have been taken into federal custody, are accused of using proceeds from VIP Cannabis to fund drug trafficking efforts. The incident reportedly marks the first arrests involving both marijuana dispensaries and drug cartels since Colorado legalized recreational cannabis in 2012.
As your state leadership pointed out, heroin use is on the rise... why? More effort by the cartels to push that.

Extorting money out of whom?
At what cost to people's lives and the state?

The problem is the government over fricking regulates it idiot.
Think about this. Arkansas just passed medical here. Our shitty politicians are on a fricking war path trying to destroy as much as they can by regulating and making it where it will be expensive as shite, and where only certain wealthy connected people can own the shops. (Which I predicted when they illegally threw out prop 7 by claiming just enough signatures were improperly signed)
The reason this is happening is because 1) they want no growing in arkansas. We have to buy from Colorado/cali whatever. They want to make it where you can't even get bud, you can only have oil. They are also making it where you have to spend like 1 million on your facility and it has to be out of town.
Now ask yourself. Does this sound like a feasible fricking business model? frick no. Anyone who actually needs it will just keep buying off the streets because why would they pay more for the same thing because there is no taxes on the street.
Your data is stupid. The government is stupid. Wake up.

Well, nationally there's a few reasons, including the painkiller epidemic and following crackdown. Maybe cartels are shifting to heroin to meet the demand and not the other way around.
As far as here, we've had a heroin problem for years.

You have a guy in this thread telling you that WA is great.... all is well. nd he is avoiding the things I am asking him about. And we have not even gotten to the Mexican Sinaloa Cartel that is in MAJOR operation in Wa.
You are foolish to think that legalizing will end the cartels. That it will be less expensive. There is a reason why countries are reversing their direction.
You can legalize in all of the US. 2 things will happen
1- More people will begin to use. As shown.
2- The cartels will thank you because people will buy from them due to it being cheaper. Then they will have other things to offer.
As a result, we will se a massive increase in medical issues that somebody will have to pay for.

I haven't avoided anything you've asked me and you have already made factually incorrect statements.

As far as Wa is concerned, Heroin is on the rise. True.
Now the fact is, we have danced around everything but the actual cartels operating in yor state. We have talked about the local people getting busted..etc But you insist it's local...... Then tell me about the Mexican Sinaloa Cartel that is a major factor in WA?

Most certainly have not sir. If you are referring to the 17%... You carved out a strict section of tested only for TCH while ignoring the tested for multiple substances that include TCH.

The cartels cannot produce medical grade marijuana. You are showing your ignorance. They can only mass produce dirt weed with seeds and stems.
Medical bud has no seeds/barely any stems and 3x the the. They cannot compete. No one wants thier dirt weed.
Secondly big pharma makes more pain pills than the cartels make heroin. Make it legal and big pharma has a new path for money. They would make higher quality and once again the cartels couldn't compete. You are misinformed.
