I answered that on the last page but it's clear you have comprehension problems. Your problem, pal. I'm not posting everything twice.

No. I asked specifically abou WEED. You avoided that by listing other things outside of weed.
So again... are they operating in your state selling WEED on the black market?

YEs you did. I have already quoted it. Nobody is smoking the mexican weed.
Yes.. they are... and in your state.
My God , dude. Do you even know what hyperbole is? Yes, I'm sure in a metro of several millions a few folks have some mexi shwag. It's far from common and if you think otherwise you know Jack and shite about the west coast weed scene.

It's on the top of page four. I can't read it for you.

Pretty hilarious considering I've never claimed that we don't have cartel activity What little WEED activity we have is mostly involved with the migrant workers out east

NM..
We both know why you won't answer it. Because we both know they are. In fact they are in most states that have legalized.
There's a reason they are attracted to those states too. An instant market. It's like the gun laws. It's illegal for them, and you are not going to pay top dollar for purchasing a gun via an illegal source. Guns are legal.
You will never legalize and knock them out of business. They operate a a much lower overhead. Thus they will under cut you. Not only that, you oush them into other drugs for cheaper highs. The Flakka in your state.

Precisely - People who demand their narcotics are the lowest form of life. They will cling to any absurd argument to avoid saying their lives are so miserable they have to rely on chemically induced escape.
Piss on all of em - I like the idea of flooding the market with poisonous drugs to weed them out.

Now tell me how I said there's no cartels again. Really break it down for me.

Are not mexican cartel. It's not a little weed activity. but......
Here's the last post for me on it tonight. You can not point to one case where this works. Not one. You can not show me where cartels or drug lords or black markets crashed by legalizing. Not one case. You can not point to one case where money is saved. Not one. It's spent elsewhere. Right now, your state is using federal dollars to combat the same thing they were combating prior to legalizing weed, but now let's add the cost of healthcare for kids who get caught up in it.
Or the wife (because in your state, MALES far out use women) now has to go on the system because her divorce is final and she has to have assistance..... Not her fault nor the kids the husband put in that situation.
But hey.... you get to smoke some weed and end the war on drugs because you simply want to get high.

I agree. It's obvious that nobody can show you anything. CO and WA have been spectacular failures.

Why are you trying to change the narrative? You stated and implied the cartels nolonger sold weed on the black market that it was immigrants locally. The reason the cartels were not selling it is because your state legalized it.
I have shown you that it's simply not true.
1- They are selling WEED on the black market and were busted for it many times.
2- That it's already having an impact on use and medical care due to abuse.
3- kids are now caught up in it.
Now tell me what benefit there was in legalizing out side of adults being legally allowed to get high.

A complete lie. And now you're using weasel words like "I implied" because you know you're full of it. You employed a strawman and ran with it all night. And you've now lied too often for me to give you the benefit of the doubt.

So far yes.

So depending on your goal....right?

Officials Thursday confiscated more than 1,000 marijuana plants with a street value of $4.2 million after they were discovered on private property. The illegal grow operation was near Rye, southwest of Pueblo. According to a news release from the Pueblo County sheriff’s office, Thursday’s dismantled grow is the fourth in four years believed to be connected to a Mexican cartel.

Colorado sees increase in homicides motivated by marijuana
2016...
quote:
prosecutors in Colorado say they're noticing a new trend: An increase in murders motivated by marijuana. In Aurora, the last 10 of 15 drug-related homicide cases were connected to marijuana. Arapahoe County District Attorney George Brauchler said it's not the big-time dealers who are involved. For the most part, it has been the small-time ones on the streets. In Jefferson County, a burned-up car had a dead body inside, and investigators later determined the victim was harvesting marijuana nearly 100 miles away in Agate. When he was killed, he was stuffed into the trunk. "There is increased crime, sometimes violent crime, associated with legalization of marijuana," Brauchler said. "That's not what you'd expect. You'd expect the harder-core drugs."
quote:
Brauchler said until law enforcement figures out a way to slow the flow of black market marijuana and the cash that comes with it, the marijuana-related death rate in the state will continue to grow.
So depending on your goal....right?

I have not lied the first time.

Please. Specifically, post where I stated there's no cartels in WA.
Posted on 2/7/17 at 4:15 am to northshorebamaman
We have already talked about WA. You stated WA and CO have been failures. I stated it depends on your goal.
1- Was it to take out the cartels for the good of the US? If so... Failure.
2- Was it to save money? From the war on drugs? If so... Big time fail. You are still getting federal dollars to fight cartels who still sell weed on the black market. Plus you are now spending in healthcare
3- Was to reduce substance abuse? Nope Failed. I gave you the stats.
4- This is the only non failure.... You get to get high! And as long as you don't drive... you are legal!
Congrats!
