How do you reconcile that?
It's simple. They had TCH in their system. Therfore tested positive for TCH.
You have a cage full of 100 Monkeys. 50 of them are grey. It doesn't mean you only have 50 monkeys in the cage. You still have 100 in the cage.
Just because 17% only had TCH does not negate the other percentage that test positive for TCH plus another drug.
They ALL tested positive for TCH. Common denominator.

frick, I think I've been trolled.

Simple question. Is the Mexican Cartel operating within your state growing and selling WEED? Yes or no.

Also, your op was full of shite because you used an example that isn't truly legal weed.
And you suggested that your state was the standard where you nolonger have cartel WEED on the streets.
So we moved to you state.
Fact still remains. The Cartels are not phased in your own state.

Absolute, utter bullshite. It says clear as day 17% in the fricking headline. Also, you should actually read that article, it doesn't say what you think it does.
quote:
Researchers compared trends in the prevalence of marijuana and alcohol exposure among Washington drivers before and after marijuana legalization. They did not find a statistically significant increase in the number of drivers who tested positive after legalization.
In fact, the percentage of drivers driving under the influence of alcohol was lower than expected. About five percent of drivers tested positive for alcohol, but only one percent of drivers exceeded the legal limit of 0.08 blood alcohol content.
“This shines the light on some good news,” Washington Traffic Safety Commission Director Darrin Grondel told the Maple Valley Reporter. “It is the norm in Washington to drive sober.
It is clear you aren't interested in an honest discussion.

In the wave of surveys conducted before legalization, researchers found 14.6 percent of drivers tested positive for THC. Six months later, 19.4 percent tested positive, and 21.4 percent tested positive after sales had been legal for one year.
so again... Increase. Again, more than one substance.
quote:
The majority of drivers tested positive for marijuana, followed by over-the-counter or prescription medications.
Now I know you are wanting to try and hang your hat on a 17% figure as some sort of victory, but it's not.
The over all theme I see from the "Give me my drugs" crowd is that it will end the war on drugs by cutting off the Cartels.
The response was for you to look at Amsterdam. But their laws were not like WA. Wa, in your views, is way better .
So we turned our focus to WA. My question is straight forward. Are you suggesting that the Cartels are not operating in your state selling pot?

Its flabbergasting to me that you can't admit you fricked up. It's there for everyone to see. It's why I can't decide if you're trolling.

So you are not going to answer the question on if the Cartel is operating inside your State and selling weed on the black market?

Legal marijuana is finally doing what the drug war couldn’t
By Christopher Ingraham
March 3, 2016 at 12:22 PM
Legal marijuana may be doing at least one thing that a decades-long drug war couldn't: taking a bite out of Mexican drug cartels' profits.
The latest data from the U.S. Border Patrol shows that last year, marijuana seizures along the southwest border tumbled to their lowest level in at least a decade. Agents snagged roughly 1.5 million pounds of marijuana at the border, down from a peak of nearly 4 million pounds
in 2009The data supports the many stories about the difficulties marijuana growers in Mexico face in light of increased competition from the north. As domestic marijuana production has ramped up in places such as California, Colorado and Washington, marijuana prices have fallen, especially at the bulk level.
"Two or three years ago, a kilogram [2.2 pounds] of marijuana was worth $60 to $90," a Mexican marijuana grower told NPR news in December 2014. "But now they're paying us $30 to $40 a kilo. It's a big difference. If the U.S. continues to legalize pot, they'll run us into the ground."

Easy to see who are the trashy pot heads in this thread.
You would be wrong shite head. I haven't smoked weed in 5 years. I wouldn't go back either. I don't even like it. I just know people who do, and I'm not a judgemental POS like yourself. I do not think pot is bad. I don't like it. It isn't my business what someone puts in thier body.
I feel like it does help people with pain, and has medical benefits. I feel like it creates jobs, and tax revenue. It helps give alternatives to big pharma's addictive pain killers. So call me trashy whatever you judgemental, and fricking wrong assuming POS.
Keep on being an ignorant person who calls weed "da debil" lol. You have been brainwashed by government propoganda. I bet you think reefer madness was a documentary.

I didn't think you would.
Well here is what you need to know about your legalization.
1- you have not hurt the cartels.
2- you have hurt your youth. Nearly half of all treatment admissions for marijuana are under the age of 18 – this is the highest proportion for any drug.
3- 20% of treated drugs is alcohol. IT was higher for Weed... 25%
4- Among Washington high-school seniors, 27% self-report use of marijuana within the past 30 days.
A decade ago, that number was less than 19%.
5- When testing blood samples from 2014 DUI cases, 33% tested positive for marijuana.
That is a significant increase from the 19% of positive tests before legalization.
And the cartels keep humming along!

Guy names himself after a trashy pothead, calls others trashy potheads. Probably drinks like a fish. That's trashy.

I have already addressed that. It's in the linked articles. They are now growing here. In your state they are growing. I just linked that.
So the question is straight forward. Is the mexican cartel operating in your state and selling pot on the black market?

Nobody is being ignorant but the people who can't answer straight forward questions. It's real simple.
Are the cartels no longer selling on the black market?
That answer is a resounding yes! So let's remove that card from the table as an excuse for people to fire one up because we are putting the cartels out of business!
Cause your not.

Why all the rush for me to post? It's not a job, I'll get to it when I get to it.

No one ever said they were out of business. shite like this is why I call you dishonest.

Yep... that's all you are going to do. sigh... Because the truth is they are. I can prove that with ease.
The linking to an article about weed crossing the border is down doesn't tak into account the growing it state side is UP... especially in your state.

YEs you did. I have already quoted it. Nobody is smoking the mexican weed.
Yes.. they are... and in your state.
