China wasn’t an international warmonger but that’s probably because they had tons of internal conflict. Some of the bloodiest wars in human history have been in China They also thought they were better then everyone else so no reason to focus on areas outside China. So it’s not because they were some pacifists.

Once again, and? We’re talking about how incapable China is. For a country that tries to talk how much more of a power they are compared to the US, they aren’t even capable of launching a rocket properly. Even SpaceX does a far better job then they do.
Btw, I don’t agree with the US constantly meddling in other country’s affairs. Though China has been doing that to an extent the last few decades. It just has nothing to do with China’s ability to have a proper space program.

Might want to check your history. The Chinese used gunpowder for their “rockets” and after centuries never improved the technology. Modern day rocketry uses liquid oxygen, which was developed by Robert Goddard, an American. The Germans used his research to develop the V-2.
