3rd federal judge blocks citizenship question on 2020 census

Another BHO appointee, former State's atty for Baltimore, decides to legislate from the bench and against POTUS.
'U.S. District Judge George Hazel in Maryland also concluded that a citizenship question is “arbitrary and capricious” and violates the Constitution and the federal Administrative Procedure Act.'
'The Supreme Court justices are expected to rule by late June, which the Trump administration said is soon enough to allow printing and distribution of census forms next April.'
So all of this bs is just liberal judges pontificating from the bench and engaging in 'social justice' rulings. Looking forward to their posturing being knocked down by SCOTUS.

If you’re hanging your hat on a possible ruling by The Supremes, the probability is you’re in for disappointment. The entire issue is bullshite and nothing more than typical Trump showboating.

Not as far as immigration is concerned. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are very strong on the issue and it was a tipping point in Kav’s favor as to why Trump picked him for the job.

If you don't have to tell them you are a citizen then why would you be required to give any information at all? Why pick and choose which requirements you're going to enforce?

The scary part is that we can’t make them prove citizenship on the census. Not just say, “Yeah, I’m a citizen” and lie about it.
You think if I was an illegal in another country, they’d count me in their census?
