I can tell you first hand it is mind blowing what fraud Armenian immigrants are committing in the Los Angeles area. They have pretty much taken over the area from the Valley to Glendale. Insurance fraud, staged losses involving body shops,Attorneys, Agents, & medical providers. You name it, they are always one step ahead of everyone trying to catch them. They come to California & somehow get all their relatives in the country. I can go on & on. It’s unreal what is happening out there.

I did a California license search for hospices in Van Nuys in the ZIP Code Dr. Oz was poking around - 91401.

There's 88 for-profit hospices in 91401. For comparison there's roughly 30 hospices in Saint Louis City and Saint Louis County combined.

Then it started getting really dumb.
John Boyajian is listed as an owner or administrator in 5 different hospices.

ANGELS OF PEACE HOSPICE, INC. (average 0-19 pts)
ANGELS OF VALLEY HOSPICE CARE, INC. (0-19 pts)
LIGHT ANGEL HOSPICE INC. (0-19 pts)
ST. MARIAM HOSPICE CARE INC. (0-19 pts)
TRUSTED ANGELS HOSPICE INC. (20-49 pts/day)

They're all in the same office complex. 13609 Victory Blvd.
Stes 236, 135, 237,127, and next address, same complex, 13615 Victory Blvd Ste 104. They share a parking lot.



Why would you have five separate extra small hospices in separate offices? I wouldn't unless I was trying to keep my billing of 100 pts or so/day under the radar. Routine home care rates range from $180-$230/day. So, assuming 25 real and 75 fake patients per day, that would be $13,500 in basically free money/day at the lowest rate for routine home care. Or just under $5M/annually . Cut it in half if you want, and you still have millions of dollars in fraud to one operator.

There's no reason that I can ascertain on God's green earth to have 5 separate hospices in separate office spaces in the same office complex.

That was the first thing that stood out to me looking over the report. Took 5 minutes to find it.
