Trump received the most amount of votes in the history of elections yet people continue to say he shouldn’t run. I don’t get it.

Biden (I don’t believe it but the filth does) had to get more votes than Black Jesus did in 2008 and 2012 to beat the “unpopular” Trump. It’s all gas lighting.

Yeah that’s a pretty major item to shrug off as it almost universally is. There’s a handful of other things that are similarly as, well I consider it a “shocking phenomenon” in the extent and ability of so many folks to just completely ignore and disregard them. In a “normal” world these things would seemingly force a near total revision of the current aggressive stances and viewpoints.

What I see currently is a bizarre level of tunnel vision with no only the thought of “beat Trump” or perhaps “trash Trump” at the center. Not a thing else. Just a single thought. And again, bizarrely enough, it’s the same exact, mirror image of the left’s “trademark” approach to him that was decried by us all……until recently, when this portion of the right was sucked into the leftist black hole.

So, you know enough to say that, but not you're aware enough to read it & not see a problem with it?

Why? DeSantis narrowly winning in 2018 isn't a factor in people preferring him as a candidate. His performance is what has swayed people.

I wasn’t intending on drawing a line between my comments and the election, primary or otherwise. It was only a general observation, and I do believe a notable one. Not to denigrate Desantis by it or anything like that.

I have 3 questions for YOU!

Think of how your life was during Trump's years as President and look at how it is now under Biden's 2 plus years. Are you better off now or then?

Would you rather a person who tells you what you want to hear just to get your vote or one who is a straight shooter and tells you like it is?

If you still think Trump is a bad choice for you as a voter after answering the first 2 questions answer this:
Are you a Democrat that wants our country to fall?

You did a two paragraph word salad about how major it is, so I get that you think it's a notable observation, I just don't understand why. Do you?

Message Board Luser, there are distinct & distinguishable differences between excuses & reasons. What's your excuse for not knowing the difference between the two?

And what's your reason for whining like the little bitch that you are?

More RINO trumpkin idiocy.

So just because Trump endorsed DeSantis in 2018, we should not vote for the candidate who has the best chance to win in 2024. Is that what you are saying? You want everyone to continue to kiss the ring of the guy who has a losing record in 2018, 2020, and 2022. Nonsense.

No Trump endorsement, no Governor Desantis. Seems straightforward enough.

Wouldn’t you say that erasing RD from the daily discussion and projections for future role in the Republican Party be a pretty major difference in the scene?

Only thing I can figure is that this is where they "loyalty" issue comes into play. It's been flatly stated before that DeSantis somehow owes Trump or is being disloyal by running against him, and I think that's why the 2018 endorsement keeps coming up. I can't think of a single reason it matters, and I've asked.

You're trying to compare Trump to Reagan? Reagan lost a primary election to an sitting president. No sitting president has ever lost a primary in the modern primary system. Reagan won 2 of the biggest landslides in presidential history, and previously won 2 terms as governor of California. There is nothing remotely similar about the electoral prospects of Reagan in '84 and Trump in '23.

Mine is not so much a vote for Trump, as it is a vote against the woke liberal socialistic overreaching democratic party.
