seems like there will be some pitched battles in the streets of the UK soon.

I know this is really low level but the amount of comments acting like this is London is really stupid.

Not everything that happens in America is in New York and not everywhere in England is London.


Apparantly the person responsible has no known ties to Islam. But I struggle to see what could lead someone to this. Thankful to some local heroes who rushed in and helped save lives.

With all respect, I live about an hour from Southport. Acutely aware of the issue at hand, my point is people in this thread and on this board have written their own narrative regardless of fact.



My other point is that the idiots setting a police van on fire aren't doing this for any other reason than they are scum who seize on any opportunity for anti-social behaviour. The majority of these people aren't doing it to raise awareness, they just see it as a free hit to be thugs. All it really does is take away from the devastation these families will be feeling and out focus on a negative reaction.

So what you've done, as many people on social media, message boards and the media like to do is taken one part of my post out of context to create a narrative that is disingenuous to what I said.
