Universal injunctions exceed the power of federal courts, which can only provide a remedy for the injuries suffered by the specific plaintiffs in the case.

I'm just commenting on the clearly established law that illegals have certain constitutional rights, specifically due process.
There's a meme in the MAGA echo chamber (spilling onto here routinely) that they have no rights, and I was specifically responding to someone (incorrectly) interpreting the 14A, pointing out that even with the faulty interpretation, it's somewhat irrelevant (given the 5A applies here to a federal matter).

I am not good at interpreting long sentences with a gazillion clauses. Honest question, how does, or could, 'public danger' apply here?

If the left cared more about American citizens as much as they say they do, then this country would be so much better. I don't give a damn about the rights of illegals who come to this country and do evil like Tren de Aragua members have. They shouldn't have any.
