If they are announcing it on Twitter, I would say it is a significant order of magnitude.
Not by 1, 10, or 100, but by 1000 or some further order thereof.
No one puts their credibility on the line for the totals being off by 10 votes unless it is the Dixville Notch voting where there are only 15 votes.

The Senate ordered a new count of total ballots to verify the results. These new machines are counting starting today.
