A lot of price increases we see today is just because of greed. Explain that, logically.
Because inflation is not possible without one or both of:
1) An increased money supply
2) A reduction in available goods and services
We've had both for quite some time due to trillions being printed and spent and so many people dropping out of the work force (remember, those not seeking employment are not counted in unemployment numbers).

People complaining about the economy sound like a bunch of democrats in the 90's. Quit being poor and stupid. Economy and markets are at an all time high for people with half a brain that can hold down a good job.
and we should all just completely ignore the fact that our dollar is worth only 75% of what it was worth 4 years ago. Nevermind that! The lines on the charts are headed up, not down!

Why is everyone saying the economy sucks? By nearly every measure, we're truly thriving right now. Is this negativity driven by the media?
Inflation has outpaced wage growth. People have less money every month after they pay their bills. It’s pretty simple. I know it cost me another $1400 per month vs 2019.

Biden tried to grow the economy and take up inflation with mass immigration.
He only succeeded in putting downward pressure on wages.
Low wages, excess wealth. Sounds like a trial run for serfdom.

Again, where is the logic? Where is the fact? Clearly if this is happening, then you have proof.
What we do have proof of is energy costs, healthcare, taxes, etc... are all rising. Literally every single product available for purchase is more expensive now than 5 years ago. So either your premise is true, and literally every single producer of goods and services is price gouging everyone, which you would have at least 1 email somewhere proving this, or, the cascading affect of high inflation due to government spending on debt, which has caused interest rates to rise, and your girl Harris' spend happy, anti-US energy policies, as well as her "give all our tax dollars to Ukraine/Israel/etc...", and 30+ million illegals brought into this country on the taxpayer dime that do not contribute back meaningful tax dollars to offeset any of the cost, is causing this.
Which do you think is more likely. Massive greed by all 300 million + in the country, or market conditions due to our governments policies?
Now go back in your fricking hole and do what your told, you pathetic willing slave.

Margins remain the same, but inflation causes prices (and profit) to rise, Dumbasses blame the producer.
Its inflation. Joe Biden and his "Greed" narrative is for children.

Debt is reasonable.
Note: The 2024 number in that last graph is the estimated deficit that they do each year (updated annually). The federal government is already officially over $2T for 2024. Federal debt servicing is quickly eating up more and more of revenues.

What's funny is that this administration and it's slappies will allude to "price gouging" and vow to fix it, but when pressed they will not say which companies are price gouging because they know that's a very serious charge and they know it's not true. There's some congressional testimony I saw a bit ago where the "experts" would not outright say that any of the grocers were gouging.

Trying to be reasonable here. I somehow found myself on the poliboard.
I agree gvmt spending is out of control.
The US goal was to manage the economy without a hard landing. I thought they did that admirably. So yes, it is government policy, but meanwhile , CEOs are taking record salaries and it’s from my dime and your dime.
US is at record oil production. Anti energy policies don’t seem to be working well.

False, private business is not taking any of your dollars you are not willingly giving them.
But you know who does take your dollars, unwillingly, who then spends that money on things you may or may not approve of, who has no accountability to you, and has a proven track record of waste, abuse, fraud, and actually uses that money to funnel to others who then give them kickbacks? Federal and State Government. But i am willing to bet you have never chimed in on a thread about wasteful spending and government abuse. In fact, i bet you actually vote for the same poiliticians who block any accountability of where tax dollars go.
And how could i ever know that about you? Because you vote for Democrats and your god is politicians on the left. You do what you're told, you do not object, and you belive every single thing the government has told you.
Coincidentally, the same government that you have blind trust in, is also the same government that was responsible for the WMD lie. Yet you wholeheartedly trust fedgov.

Once again, agree that gvmt spending is a problem. Yes, it is very inefficient. Doesn’t change my opinion that greed, both private and public sectors, is a factor in inflation, and in ineffective government

There are a lot of reasonable responses here, you just dont understand them.

In addition to not being able to use the quote function, youre way off base here.
I'm one of the few on this board that is objective. Both collective ideologies disagree with me, so I'm on the right track.
