The fact that Fani wasn't thrown out on her fanny is proof the justice system is rigged.

I posted the relevant GA law on the issue.

The judge followed the law.

Pretty sketchy charges.

I hope the BAR and the congregational board do the right thing! She is obviously a corrupt and activist DA. I’d hope they have integrity and exercise there powers of checks and balances!!

The fake elector schemes are not Trump's words. The actions are being prosecuted. Filing false statements are also actions. Aren't they also accused of tampering with election equipment? That's

Alternate electors dummazz. Not tampering with election equipment trying to forenzically examine it after being bought and paid for. What false statements were filed?

Voting machines not secure

The judge also contributed to her election campaign. So did his wife. Is that (D) different?

Before he was appointed to the bench. I don't know if it's (D)ifferent, but legally it is meaningless.

Yes, and that’s why I don’t believe he’s a real practicing attorney.

Possible? When you see and hear her lying under oath, that isn't possible nor alleged, it is a undeniable fact.

Focusing on Willis does nothing to negate the fact Trump is on trial or the laws he broke in GA.

Charges are a reach and will likely be overturned if convicted.

That said, seems like you have predetermined his guilt prior to him being tried.

What I want to know is who took the bar exam for Fani Willis in the first place? A candidate for MENSA membership she is not.

Ask yourself: is anything Trump did/said in Georgia presidential? Would Reagan have done the same thing?

Oh now the company line is “is it presidential?”

After all the “presidential” happenings between the last two democratic presidents and the last candidate for president.

Hear of any good Russian dossiers out there that can be sourced to violate anyone’s rights? Any coke been found in the White House lately? Any “foundations” been used to launder money and sell access lately? Any illegally sourced classified material been given to ghostwriters for a book that will benefit themselves personally been located?

I guess being too old and senile to prosecute is presidential? Having a politically sympathetic FBI head block the prosecution of a candidate after he lays out her felonies is presidential?

worried about “presidential”

He probably has a conference room filled with 1st year attorneys and interns responding on various blogs for him.

Soooo before he was appointed to the bench no obvious support/preference is considered good enough for recusal? Legally and ethically are different horses.
