I wonder if those democrats were like my family back in the early 80s. They were registered democrats but voted republican. Family got tired of the leftists politics back then and switched to Republican during Reagan's time. We may be seeing something again given the far left push couple with identity politics

Well I just trolled the frick out of a pollster this week. No reason to believe Democrats aren't doing the same thing in this case. Registering as a democrat for a free ticket (because it's free, obviously) and just not going.

Well, people who were registered Democrats back in the day were actually still Americans.
Not so today. There USED to be a lot of Democrats who voted, for example, for Reagan.
