LA-06 race... the EBR early vote makes a big flip
Now with 100% reporting...
Chauna Banks (D) ends up with highest vote total... 50,878
Blake Miguez (R) comes in 2nd... 50,213
Rick Edmonds (R) just misses the cut... 49,241
Thing is... with 100% of precincts reporting but early vote still outstanding... it was Miguez & Edmonds in a R v R run-off with Banks in 3rd
ETA: this is the re-drawn district currently held by Cleo Fields (D) who didn't run for reelection following the SCOTUS decision & move by the LA Legislature to re-map the district

Looks like the DEM Banks and REP Miguez are in runoff (Banks beat Miguez by 665 votes; Miguez beat Edmonds by 972 votes)
59% total REP + LIB vote and 41% total DEM vote.
Close enough to still need turnout for Miguez to win Runoff.
