You can continue to pretend lack of standing (which is what you’re talking about, in some instances) is some legal loophole that’s blackballing MAGA but it’s really not what it means or what happened.

This is just one instance of how they cheat. But Dems will just ignore it and say, “It’s isolated and didn’t affect the outcome.”
