Louisiana does not have any recount provisions.

So basically it is up to the candidate to initiate the recount process.

Is the Medicaid expansion why JBE is leading in traditionally GOP areas? Must have been popular.

Edwards owns Orleans and is getting well over 50% in EBR so far. Rispone is going to finish 2nd, but it might be irrelevant. Edwards is going to get awfully close to 50% if he doesn't actually top it.
