How does it work for Governor, is there an auto run off of top2, or if he gets a certain %, it's over????

I believe it's 50%+1 or a runoff between top 2. It's unlikely JBE gets 50% tonight.

Open primary system = You win outright if you can get 50% + one vote. Otherwise, top two are in a runoff.
