She'd end up dead in the sand or decapitated online.

One of these days, I hope she realizes getting caught most likely saved her life.

we have a woman is practically volunteering to become a terrorist, and you say that prison is not the right place for her. She just needs "psychiatric help."
And liberals wonder why people think they're pushovers

I'm no where near a liberal and I agree with Navy on this

Best case, after 4 or 5 years of being a camp girl, they'll trade her for more terrorist leaders.
They do love them some western wimmins.

Or they'd let her become a "martyr for the cause" by getting flattened by a bulldozer like "St. Pancake" Rachel Corrie.

I forgot about that cunning stunt.

Her father turned her into the feds. Must have been a low point in his life.

But the teenager’s parents informed her that they did not support her relationship the alleged ISIS militant, or her plans to relocate to the Middle East.
Shannon was aware that her faith required her to secure her parents’ blessing before she could get married, but she decided to flout that custom and move to Syria, where she was planning to work as a nurse in an ISIS camp.
When John Conley found out that his daughter had a one-way ticket to Turkey for April 8, he contacted the feds.

I am no liberal, especially when it comes to Islamic fascism, and I agree with him on this.
This girl has mental issues.

Well I don't know you from Adam, which shouldn't be much of a surprise since I can't recall ever seeing an interesting or substantive post connected with your screen name. But this is the second or third time in the past week that you've piped up with some little meaningless quip. I can only assume that you have some personal problem. If I can help you with it, I will. If not, you're going to have to move along.

Her mental stability does seem to be overly lacking. The article said she signed up to join some type of special forces group. The article didn't stipulate if she was accepted. Odds are she wasn't.

nothing personal. I just disagree with your views for the most part.

It referenced that she tried to sign up for the U.S. Army Explorers, which if you read the link, sounds like some sort of glorified Boy Scouts.
It doesn't even say if she actually did it.
Very young, very naive, with a significant chance of mental issues to boot...maybe even a bit sociopathic. She is the female iteration of Elliot Rodger/Adam Lanza/James Holmes. Seems like the same kind of issues manifest in a different manner.
Her father saved her life. She would have been dead within a couple of months.
