Not sure. This isn't DU. So, no echo chamber here.

It's kinda crazy how the leftists come on this forum and claim it's an echo chamber when there is more bantering and disagreement amongst folks who consider themselves on the right on this forum.

Illegal aliens losing jobs also counts in the ADP numbers.

What a failure of n OP. It absolutely sucked.

Here are some nuggets for you to take back to DU:

MarketWatch

quote:

Let’s dig a little deeper.

ADP is best known as the company that helps other companies cut checks for employees. It calculates wages, taxes and deductions for 25 million American workers, giving ADP inside information on what’s happening in the labor market.

The insight ADP gleans from its customers, however, has never proven to be crystal ball that help investors to figure out what the Bureau of Labor Statistics will show.

The two reports use different methods to measure the size of the workforce and how many jobs are created each month.

The result: They often diverge month to month, sometimes wildly so, making the ADP a poor prognosticator for the BLS report.

Take May. ADP reported a meager 29,000 increase in new jobs, but the BLS showed a much larger 139,000 gain. April also showed a similarly wide gap between the two reports.

Through the first five months of 2025, the difference between the two reports has averaged a whopping 63,000 a month.

ADP acknowledges its survey “is not intended to forecast the BLS non-farm payroll report.” In 2022, it gave up trying to do so after years of misses.

So in 6 months the ADP has been off 300,000+ jobs from the BLS? I mean come on

This is quite honestly about as pathetic of a post as I’ve seen in a while. You are so unhinged you can’t see straight. Take your micropenis back to DU and stop being such an annoyance.

Oh, that's easy. Lots of people leaving their second jobs because it's not as hard to live. I did about 6 weeks ago. I didn't want to but I was already having trouble keeping both working, it's hard as hell to do two jobs, especially when you don't need to.

Do you believe there are still people like this have no understanding of LOGIC? Why in the hell would anyone hire people (in general, unless its a MUST NEEDS FILL) before the Tax Cuts and Big Beautiful Bill is passed?

And it always works like that every two years IF they think tax policy is changing and if tax credits for hiring, enlarging a business etc. etc. is in the package and good lawyer would tell them to wait util it passes so they will know what they are sealing with.

The dollar has been in the gutter for decades.

One of the greatest economic betrayals—though hardly a mistake, since it’s playing out exactly as intended—was abandoning the gold and silver standards, and removing silver from our coinage.

I’m sure you’ve seen the meme, but it remains a nearly bulletproof indictment of the fiat currency and fractional reserve banking system we now live under:

If the minimum wage were still $1.25, as it was in 1964, and our quarters were still 90% silver, as they were back then, a minimum-wage job would pay roughly $33.00 an hour in silver value today.

What they’ve done to our money is criminal.

?

Quick Timeline: How They Killed Honest Money
• 1913 –Woodrow Wilson signed Federal Reserve Act, giving a “private” banking cartel control over the U.S. money supply. - shortly after we enter WW1- and have funded wars through debt that the American people would never agree to pay ever since
• 1933 – FDR ends gold convertibility for citizens and confiscates private gold via Executive Order 6102.
• 1944 – The Bretton Woods Agreement pegs global currencies to the U.S. dollar, which is still (nominally) backed by gold.
• 1965 – The Coinage Act removes silver from circulating coins, ending any pretense of a silver standard.
• 1971 – Nixon closes the gold window, ending dollar convertibility for foreign governments (the “Nixon Shock”).
• 1973 – The last ties to gold are severed. The U.S. dollar becomes a fully fiat currency backed by nothing but trust—and force.

For the life of me I’ll never understand how the vast majority of people aren’t angry about this.
