I've been watching his streams the last few days and it's been fight after fight and one instance where a guy reached for his pistol. The area has attracted a lot of the rabble who generally inhabit big cities including a lot of drunk homeless/mentally ill people.

At about time stamp 3:50 the CHAZ/CHOP security steals his phone. Then the video and phone stays live and we get to listen in to the fool talking with the rest of 'security'...this is rich stuff

My guess is that the zone "security" is involved with the amount of shots fired. The guy streaming had his phone taken away and while it's still streaming a guy with a rifle is checking it out trying to figure out whose phone it its. When he realizes it's still streaming he immediately cuts it off.

What is funny about this is how this CHOP utopia made him film the ground, seized his phone, and he seemed like he was walking on eggshells afraid to say or do the wrong thing. That and him asking what the police are doing about the shots he had heard about from before.

So there are private security people hired by local residents along with the zone "security". With all the beefs this shite was inevitable. At this point all the hippie kids are going to stay away and it'll be nothing but bad hombres. Has to be cleaned up ASAP by Seattle PD.

Also, after his phone got stolen and was still live streaming, the guy clearly said "this is a war zone".
