Why is it a cop out statement? If you have never read the Bible and picked it up for the first time. Without some kind of spiritual discernment, I don't think you would understand it. What do you think the difference is in the Old Testament and New?

As a business owner, she should be able to say who she does business with.
That being said, I completely and utterly disagree with her, and would not shop there. It's nice to be able to express your opinion with dollah dollah bills yall.

To understand it. For example, my doc can recite many scriptures from memory. Chapter and verse. But when it comes to applying them to his life he lacks. There is a difference in "head" knowledge and "heart" knowledge. I think there is really only two reasons a person would read the Bible. To really "know" God or to try and "disprove" God.
