Unreasonable to expect someone to believe in something before they understand it.
If you were capable of rational and reasonable thought on this issue you would see that.

And that people who interpret Old Testament scripture literally (like Leviticus) are extreme?
People who apply Leviticus to anyone other than Levites are woefully off target.

The book tells us who it is aimed at, explicitly.

Really? How old were you when you understood that your mom was really your mom and how she was your mom. But I bet you believed she was your mom before you ever understood why she was. Very rational and reasonable.

Did you believe in gravity before you understood what it was?

so you are now resorting to mother/child instinct? lol
as a child, its unreasonable to expect them to understand the nature of anything - they are children!

as for "believing" in gravity before i could understand it - no i didnt believe in gravity. it was magic. then i became informed, and i understand gravity.

the entirety of your argument is absurd.

you
because you are so desperate to make a point you are mixing the beliefs and understandings of a child with those of an adult.

Your words, not mine. You must be a genius if you only believe in everything you understand otherwise it's "magic'.

So 1st and 2nd Corinthians only apply to Corinth and Galatians only apply to Galatia? Romans? Ephesians? Phillipians? Collosians? Thessalonians ?

And while we're at it, Esther and Machabees were letters to the Jews. 1 & 2 Kings were also letters to different individual people.

The NT books you are referring to were letters to the Church, intended to be used by the Church.

Esther and Macabees are about those subject matters. 1 & 2 Kings were meant as historical records.

Wait. . .but you thought you had a gotcha moment. . .sorry to piss in your cornflakes bruh.
