In the past 20 months, only 12.3% of the US population has tested positive for covid. We don't know how many of those were false positives. There are currently less than .4% of the US with an active case. How can they use unsafe working conditions as an excuse with those numbers?

They don’t need an excuse. You can’t debate with tyrannical people

So getting COVID will be treated as a work related illness. Interesting.

If you can still catch and spread covid with the vaxx, why does just being vaxxed make it ok for you to be at work but an unvaxxed person has to show negative tests? Shouldn't everyone have to show negative tests regardless of vaxxed or unvaxxed?

I just dont get the theory behind it, and I think it's the vaxxed people who think they cant get it or spread it and dont get tested when they're sick that are actually spreading it

Making them drop the mask and go full fascist makes it a LOT easier to pull off the gloves in dealing with them.

I tried to use this logic in an argument recently, and the other person didn't get the point. I said if I catch covid, I will feel sick and stay home. If you catch covid you won't feel as bad and you'll be out spreading it to others.

Like every other Democrat policy, it crumbles upon any serious scrutiny. In fact, basic logic, common sense and a passing ability to put one's emotions to the side is generally all one needs to see through it.

When you ask them to back up their bullshite, they attack the messenger or the source as whateverthefrick-ist until people walk away from that in fear of their individual lives being impacted.

If they zig and you zag, you have a better batting average on being factually right / wrong than they do. Go ahead and try it yourself. Find one policy in the last 25 years that was backed by democrats that actually worked and helped more than it hurt. If you can, I guarantee you it would be a wash at best even in hind sight.

It has been like this since the beginning for large companies. This is 1of the main reasons large companies sent their employees home initially. My company has periodic reviews of our documented CV cases to determine if they should be reported to OSHA as workplace exposures.

Companies need to defend their OSHA 300 logs. It directly affects their insurance and workers compensation rates/deductibles.

Here’s another fun one.

Since this is all about protecting people for health concerns, let’s go ahead and mandate that every employer with over 100 employees must actively regulate and enforce policies that require their employees to maintain a healthy BMI. After all, the CDC statistics show that 15.9% of all deaths in 20+ yo from 2015-2018 listed diabetes as a co-morbidity. It’s about protecting people, right?

That's been the case for over a year now. We've had to develop Covid safety protocols since spring of 2020 for this very reason, trying not to mess up our EMR with an OSHA recordable due to COVID.

It's impossible to determine how you caught a virus, so I don't know how this is even a thing.

OSHA should have nothing to do with Covid, just as they have nothing to do with the flu, or any other illness.

It should not even be framed in such a way.

They have declared they are stomping all over A HIDDEN INTENT that has little to do with workplace safety.

They are Nazi-like bullying scum - they have not done the first thing to make anyone think that they are trying to do something FOR the American people.

This is world class genocidal alarming with WHOEVER THE F IS ACTUALLY CONTROLLING THIS ADMINISTRATION.
