Agree, the Chavis era is over... He is no longer here... Time to move on... It's all old news now... Sitting around whining isn't going to make any difference and not good for the heart... What once was is'nt here anymore, .. HAPPY NEW YEAR.. 4ever LSU!...

Agreed. I want a sideline guy and someone who will give these guys a little swagger about them. Great defenses have that.

I agree. Chavis may have been what kept the program afloat with solid Defense but he may also have had a lot to do with us not taking the final step to being great. It's no secret he failed in the most critical moments. A new hard nosed coordinator may be just what we need.

I hate to tell you guys this but Chavis never played a down for LSU and he never missed a tackle ! It doesn't matter who LSU gets to take over DC because the first time the players don't do their job the coach will be crucified on this board. Face it ! The men on the field got beat by a less than mediocre ND team that only won 6 games playing pretty much a cup cake schedule. Outside of Fornette LSU pretty much played like pussies !
