Paid speeding ticket.

23 years ago, I was traveling through Illinois and got pulled over for speeding. 62 in a 55. Got home after the trip. Called to see how much it was $57.00. Wrote check and mailed it to them. Today I went to the mail box and there was a collections notice. 23 yrs and 2 months. I have never had my license suspended and have 2 other tickets that I remember. One here in ms and the other one was in KS. Illegal right hand turn in KS.
