If that is in fact what happened. And I will let the Army court martial and make that decision on their assessment of the facts.

As Jay Carney likes to always say, the investigation is ongoing. Cannot release details. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see this admin somehow push this off until the next fool takes office. Something along the lines of Reagan/Carter/hostages thing.

What are they going to hold somebody accountable for? Didn't Obama approve the deal. Wasn't he aware of all the charges by the soldiers, the 'letter', and the investigation/file on the guy being a deserter/traitor.
There is only ONE person that could be powerful or stupid enough approve a deal this dirty and think it would fly with no personal harm. Guess who.

Think back just 6 days to the cold reaction Obama got at West Point.
