Zesting a neighbor's club food plot

I have never heard of anything like this until now but apparently one of our neighbors in Baldwin county has zested our Southern most food plot. I have never heard of such an a-hole thing to do. But one of our members even put some corn on it to confirm it and it was there a week until birds got it and the deer came into the area via cams but would not get near the food plots. (We don'e even hunt this plot until late into the year.)
This has to be one of the most Jerk moves of all time. (Only in Alabama right?) Has anyone else ever heard of this, and is there anything we can do? Will the zest eventually go away?
Why people do shite like this I will never know.

Damn. I never knew anything about this. Does the soap really deter the animals that much?

I would never do that, but I did buy a bunch of flower seeds and spelled out my Dad's name in flowers in his food plot one year. The flowers never bloomed, but you could see the letters in the difference in the plants.
Deer ate the flowers just the same as everything else.
