Can someone other than LeBron explain the "crab dribble"

A crab dribble is something that centers and power forwards use more than any other position. There is NO FORM OF DRIBBLE that allows you to take three steps though. LeBron is stupid.

Lebron is a little bitch, so he had to make up something and say he did a crab dribble to make him look less like a bitch. Didn't work.

a crab dribble is used when you are posted up with your back to the basket, you bounce the ball between your feet with both hands straight down (and your elbows out to protect the ball) and either go straight up or drop step to the basket
you don't crab dribble when you are already dribbling the ball, it would a double dribble violation and a crab dribble has absolutely nothing to do with lebron's travelling. Frankly this is the kind of ignorance that comes from having a shitty high school coach and no college experience. I doubt any Cavs assts are working on Lebron's game one on one and instructing him in archaic terminology like "crab dribble." That is something he heard somewhere and used it incorrectly
