Just wanted to chime in on Yeti customer service. My 20 oz rambler is messed up. The base at the bottom looks like it is coming loose. There is a noticeable gap on one side, and the other is still tight. I can't wiggle it or anything, but definitely messed up. I sent pics and a description to them on their site under warranty info. Got a call today, and they are going to ship me a new one and just ask that I ship them the old one back in the same box. Very simple.

I like RTIC, I own none of their products but they seem to troll the hell out of Yeti.

There is an alternative that is about 75% cheaper and made at the same factory.

Man the Stanley 1.1 quart is still going strong at 4 days right now usually iced 7 days max (as claimed 5 days/120 hours) I got the 36 oz yeti ordered gonna see how good it is the new Stanley or thermos items are still unbeatable in heat and ice so if u want a drink bottle to beat a yeti cooler get a Stanley / thermos best products for price:):)

My yeti beat an rtic lastnight but yea for $20 it's too close to be worth just the name in my opinion but yeti has more dent resistance and thicker/heavier walls and copper inside

Got the 40 oz hydro flask and like it but kinda thin stainless for outside walls but they weigh 17.6 oz while the yeti 36 oz weighs 21.9 oz a lot thicker materials used on yeti only reason I got it to compare

These things are really awesome and hydro flask will not touch them heat test the yeti started 178 degrees and so did hydro flask at the end (18 hrs ) the hydro flask was 111 degrees and the yeti was 128 degrees This is the heat results from hydro flask 40 oz and yeti 36 oz

Cold test the hydro flask (full of ice) lasted 73 hours. And the yeti (full of ice) lasted 98.4 hours.

But the Stanley 1.1 qt classic (2015) holds heat 8 degrees hotter in heat test than the yeti 36 oz and the Stanley holds ice about 135 hours.

This test was only ice no water so no water was drained or messed with. Stanley is untouchable but the yeti is easier to carry around.

I can't see Yeti improving on Hydroflask, which appears to be cheaper anyway.

They just did as none of those other hydro flasks on the market have the Yeti designation on them. The pricing on this latest model is insane as it should be another $100 dollars more in price. Hopefully though the hydro flask will have a straw that has Yeti emblazoned on it otherwise I'll have to raise an issue on this forum and get them to immediately put one on this product!

Get them now before the poors get their identical knock off brand on the market!

And btw the $300 bucket is the best bucket ever made.

Eh, they just figured out how to successfully brand and market it.

Good on em.
