Already did. They were very informitive over the phone and said they are really taking this kind of thing very, very seriously considering everything going on. I mean this douche bag is illegally taking advantage of people's hysteria without the proper seller's license to do so. frick him.

I feel that way about most govt agencies though. DEA is an even bigger waste. I could go on, but this doesn't seem like the place for political ideologies so I'll quit here.

FWIW my relationship with my uncle who has been an ATF agent forever has lead me to be such a large gun enthusiast. Assuming you're a gun nut too, I promise you might think differently about ATF if you ever met him. Awesome guy and believes exactly how most of us on the OB do I can promise you.

I think the point is there needs to be a clear law. How many is illegal? How many days must you own a gun before it is not considered flipping it?
This is exactly why we have liberals up our arse over gun laws. If decent resell laws were in place we wouldn't be facing the backlash we are now.

I'm no expert on gun laws but I'm pretty sure one could easily look it up. Pretty sure without a FFL, you aren't supposed to buy any guns with the sole purpose to immediately resell them. I'm 100% against any new gun laws.
I'm pretty sure the ATF agents will explain to the enetrpising gun flipper in the OP just how many they want him buying to resell.

You're not supposed to buy firearms with the purpose to flip them. If you do it once or twice, the ATF will probably just
