No and here's why.
Most home invasions aren't just one person, usually a group. A .22 round doesn't carry enough stopping power to neutralize a person unless its to the head or heart. You may need a 30 round magazine because under adrenaline, its difficult to make head or heart shots.
This is even more serious if the person is on something like PCP. Multiple videos of individuals on PCP being shot 10+ times to the chest and torso and still walking forward like nothing is wrong with larger caliber such as 9 or 40.
So unless you have an extremely reliable 30 round magazine which most dont, never would I rely on 22.
