See one all the time walking in my neighborhood...
cat people amaze me... it's okay for their cat to roam and prey on songbirds and squirrels but not vice versa...
last time I checked leash laws apply to cats too.

I saw two running down the street but it was around 12 am and I was leaving to go and pick a friend up from the bar. They scattered rather quickly. Saw another one near Lauberge recently but there's all kinda habitat for them off of river road, so that made sense.

There used to be a red fox family in my area in Southdowns, have not seen them in a while though.

Shocking. A predator took advantage of a meal.
And keep your fricking cats indoors. Those things are terrible for the native wildlife.

Women who have pictures of their cats framed are a different kind of weird.

They are probably Hoarders that have cats as their partner. You never see a hot woman all worried about a stupid cat.

Is this some kind of code talk in the cat world?

People should never interact with coyotes because of their unpredictable nature, but you can get used to their presence.
“They are kind of like nutria; they aren’t supposed to be here, but they are,” parish Animal Control and Rescue Director Hilton Cole said. “They’re here to stay. They’re part of the ecosystem.”
Something looks a little wrong with that statement...
