I've always had ample supply of free ones. I imagine if you started collecting now you'd have enough to build a room in a year or so.

We have a deep ravine nearby that's I've considered tunneling into as more of a hiding spot than a bunker.

I have an idea for a bunker but it would take some money to get it done.

It's hard to build something to cover everything without spending a small fortune.

I second the idea of piling dirt along the sides. Depending on what you have in mind no dirt on top or just a real thin layer. No water issues that way.
