As long as the gun hasnt been shot, all of them should take it back. I worked at Simmons and they always took them back. Once you shoot it, it is yours tho.

This came up in another thread - Nutnfancy (a pretty good reviewer) thoroughly reviewed the gun with an eye towards hating it, but gives a pretty good, unvarnished and reasonably unbiased review of what to expect out of the gun.

My mom bought me the mossberg AR for Christmas. I am very appreciative even though I know it's just a .22.... Anytime you get a free gun it's a good thing.

I put 50 rounds through my pernt .40 carbine today, once again no problems. Shot some other guns as well.
