Anyone else have this problem? In RTIC's defense, they said this is not normal and I'm returning it, but does anyone else have the problem?

Mine sweats significantly around the drain plug.

TIA

My 65 yeti did this and I returned it. The new one will form some condensation but not enough to drip all over. Same goes with my 70 igloo Yukon.
I think they will all do it to an extent because the plug and immediate are isn't as well insulated

Mine don't do it, but word is shoving a wine cork in the drain plug stops it.

My RTIC 30 soft cooler never sweats, even after sitting for hours.

I've had this happen on my yeti. Ended up being the plug was not tighten all the way when first bought.

When I was researching RTIC, theres a #4 rubber plug at Lowes/Home Depot that fits from the inside. Supposedly 2nd layer of plug that prevents sweating and condensation.
