Central La's only argument as that they are the closest in proximity to every are that has the best. They cant lay claim to the best anything. NeLa has the best deer and duck hunting as a whole, which I think everyone can agree is the most prevalent two in the state. South la can lean on salt water fishing, so it boils down to what interests the outdoorsman more, fish or hunt. I think its nice that we can argue so much about whic area of our state is the best. That is a good problem to have. I just know I have been all over the state, and while I love every unique area, NELA is truly Gods country. And ive had several of my coonass buddies agree with while returning from the trip

Everyone has them, but folks down below I-10 are predominately the only people that eat them.

Not only that, some of those jack legs go out and hunt the damn things and take strap pics.

I quit taking pics in the competition when over half the birds were ringnecks. It was just turible.

On NELA. Like you said earlier, we are obviously very partial to the places we personally hunt. Now if we can go ahead and just do a river parish deal I think we all know who the winner is.
