Not about unlevel.
Any 3 legged object won't rock on a surface. The bowl might not be level on uneven or non flat surface, but it will sit sturdy.
4 legs on same non flat surface will not only be unlevel, but potentially rock back and forth/wobble while cooking.

Looks like my only solution is to see if the R R guy can build one with 3 wheels instead of 4

I have a 20 gallon from R&R, 4 wheels has never been a problem, go see both in person and it will be easy to see which one is better quality

I’m just not a huge fan of either, they look they’re made to fit only that specific pot. You may want to look into something more versatile that could accommodate several pot sizes.

Have the Krazy Kajun version on the right.
Wanted R&R but got tired of waiting and being told another few weeks each time I checked with him on the date he said it would be ready.
Went with Krazy and had my pot in 3 days.

Yea it is, Krazy Kajun is great also.
Only complaint is no handles on the burner itself but not a deal breaker

I can’t get it to work... but I use one of the Heberts Cajun stoves. One of his first designs actually. No relation
Ol boy from Rayne who makes crawfish boats and has a machine shop in town. He made one for a pot he bought back in the day and went from there. I’ve had mine for probably 8-10 yrs I think maybe more. There are kind of pricey, but made out of aluminum and won’t rust.
Lots of knockoffs... you can look him up on FB.

Does the open ring around the top of Cajun cause wind to blow in?

I haven't had any issues. The opening is pretty high compared to the height of the burner and flame.

That's because he's in high demand and just proves he produces a great product.
Tell him Nathan sent you and you really need your rig.

You need to spread out flame evenly and not strongly.

Did you buy the regulator and hose from him too?
How does it work?
He told me he sells regulator and hose seperate bc the burners on his sets aren’t typically made for high pressure and he doesn’t wanna he held responsible if the regulator blows up with burner and he sold
It as a set.
