It’s only an additional 500.00 for the Catalina. Hahahahaha

It’s included with one of the packages. I think they let you shoot a hog with almost any package.

Why the hell would you go to Oklahoma to shoot a high fenced elk when you could take a trip out west and make an actual hunt? I just don't understand.

Elk meat is better than Buffalo and Venison IMO

Oklahoma allows me to hunt multiple animals in a 3 day period. Out west I’m hunting one animal. Not as much bang for the buck. I’m not bothered by high fence hunting like some are. I’ve been to several ranches and it’s just as fun or more fun than hunting at my lease.

You gonna pet the sumbitches before they turn em loose for you to shoot?

Since it is a fenced hunt I would go with the bison (assuming that is what you meant) just on the basis that you are getting a ton of meat. Easier for me to justify the canned hunt when I am going to eat on it for an entire year.

If you are gonna shoot an elk or bison why shoot the others too? Are you really gonna mount the whitetail? You ain't gonna eat the whitetail if you have elk or bison meat, they are far superior and you'll have a shite ton of it.
I'd probably hunt the bison as any hunts for them are basically 'canned' anyway unless you are going archery which in 3 days you aren't.

I’ll pet them before if they let me.

To contribute a CSB - when someone asked my dad’s friends why he keeps a limit anytime he’s fishing/hunting....... “they didn’t save any buffalo for me”

Does someone walk the animals up on a leash for you to shoot?
Posted on 1/25/18 at 7:46 pm to joeytiger
Eh, if they're high fence, neither sounds that appealing. But, given the lack of opportunity to hunt a buffalo in their native range, I'd probably take A.
There's pigs everywhere, Elk inside a fence just has no appeal to me, and neither does a 150-200" deer inside a fence.
