DLauw,
Gotta paint issue/question...
2009 Honda Accord. Black. Someone reshot the front and rear bumper covers and got clear coat overspray on the hood and deck. Been there awhile, it feels like grit.
Clay bar/buffing, not much help.
Any ideas other than a respray?
Thanks for any advice.

If it's been there a while, your not going to remove clear coat from clear coat with any kind of ease. Best bet is to wet sand with 2000 grit until slick then buff then hand wax to remove swirls. Be careful as you can not to cut through. Good luck.

Kysek was going to be my suggestion. Too bad the wheels aren't avaiable for that one

You can always just get one wrapped...

I figured that was gonna be the answer.
The paint is in really good shape overall, we'll probably just let the hair go with the hide.
Thanks.

Thanks for all the responses. It's crazy how hard these things are to find.

No, but I asked a question and when I went back to check the responses the thread was gone. It is not common knowledge if the posts have been deleted. Sorry. I searched and nothing was there so I started a thread.

Coastal is out of Baton Rouge, but yeah. Support something local.

Gotcha, was going off of hearsay, but I'll be buying one soon.

Yes, they have one in purple and gold.

The Coastal Cooler purple and gold looks really nice. Anyone know where they are in Baton Rouge or have a link to buy online?
