I go to Academy often but understand that most of their hunting gear is cheaper in quality than items carried by Cabelas, Bass Pro, etc.

Most of the deer I have spoken too, have told me that they really don't care what brand of hunting clothes I wear, and that is all bullshite we do to impress each other.

Academy hunting clothes and stuff is fine, I buy it for my kids all the time since they have ro have new shite every year.

They typically don't make anything it is just rebranded.

Well, I only shop at BPS since we don't have Academy up here nor anything else other than BPS.

However, that will be changing soon enough as they are building an Academy about 10 minutes from my house.

I was just looking to troll.

Not a thread worthy topic, but:

Those Carhartt wicking t-shirts, Force or something are excellent.
They work great in the heat.

I'm in Academy at least twice per week and 9 times out of 10 leave with something

I definitely shop there. About a mile from my house and all the selection I need. I don't hunt and they have plenty of fishing supplies for my needs.

Im sitting in the 2nd stall from the door in the Houma Academy posting this here update.

Lots of M&P 22s but no ammo for them.
