What’s the best water tubing river?

It’s been over ten years since I’ve been and wanted to recommend one to my stepson who just graduated. The Guadalupe was the last one I’ve been to.

I always favored the Frio River over the Guadalupe because it’s less crowded but I haven’t been there in a few years
