we have jambalaya, chicken and Andouille gumbo and crawfish stew on the menu for the weekend down in venice so far

Sausage and eggs in the blind for breakfast with a bottle of peppermint schnapps. Then fresh ducks for supper with some Crown Reserve on the rocks......poooiooo!!!

Surprised nobody has mentioned duck bombs. Those are on our menu for Saturday. Other than that it looks like we are falling in line with everyone else. Grilling Steaks or Pork Fingers, Mash Taters & Whiskey Friday and Gumbo & Duck Bombs with Whiskey Saturday.

I don't have a camp but you can bring anything to my house. Will have a fire and fresh ducks.
