I had an issue with the fuel system when it was new. It was fixed under warranty with a reflash at the dealer. It's been great otherwise.

2006 F-250 6.0 Powerstoke 4x4. Not really a Ford guy, would have gone with Dodge but got a great deal on the Ford after the wiring went out on my 12 yr old Z-71.
Picked up the Ford off eBay down in Corpus Christie for $25k with 20k miles on it in 2008. They were going for $48k new at the time.
Does a great job pulling my boat, horse trailer, gooseneck with tractor etc… and compared to the Chevy have had a lot less issues.
Did have some injector stiction issues (06 was a bad year for the 6.0) but resolved it for years with Archoil:
Finally had one side of the injectors replaced last year.
Got 175k miles on it now and likely will keep it as a backup whenever I do get a new one.
