Care to keep track of which calibers are the most used on the board?

Sounds like a good reason for a new thread.

Got a feeling. 270 win will be the winner. Lots of .270 fans on here.

Yeah we've had this discussion numerous times and the people come out the woodwork to support the .270.

Woah now. You've gone and added primitive weapons to this discussion. We were not ready for that.

My .45-70 will clean a dear out with the hole.

I use a 30 year old Winchester Model 70 Ranger in .270 with a free floated wood stock. It only has a couple scratches, but no rust and it shoots great.

I also have the H&R in 44 Mag.

Remington 700
25" fluted lilja stainless barrel
Blueprinted stainless action
Jewelled bolt
Shilen trigger
McMillan stock
Zeiss conquest glass (only thing I don't like)
God's caliber, 270win

Browning x-bolt medallion
300wsm
Zeiss
It's a nice compact little rifle. I like it a lot.

Browning bpr
30-06
Leupold vxIII
Had this rifle for a long time, but it doesn't come out much anymore.

Remington 700
Bell and Carlson stock
Custom muzzle brake
Jewel trigger
Leopold mkIV
In 7mm STW
It's a work in progress, but accuracy is looking really good for a stock action and barrel.
