No way.

Fried fish is awesome. Grilled fish doesn't impress me.

I've been following this thread thinking about which species to post.

I love catching fish, but the thread is just asking which fish is my favorite.

I'm going to go with the aquarium fish Discus...

Frying fish is the lazy way to cook it.

Grilling makes it a delicacy.

Agree with the blackened redfish comment.

Just make sure you blacken it outside, unless you don't mind a smokey house.

I've eaten it off a grill a whole bunch of different ways by a whole bunch of people who know how to cook it.

It's good, but doesn't impress me. It's not good enough to make me want to clean those frickers.
