I was pretty proud of that Bull, it was my first time elk hunting and I got him on public land. It was also the most horrific arse beating of a hunt I've ever been on. I lost almost 10 lbs in a week and was fortunate my feet held up. Other guys in camp had blisters so large they quit hunting after only two days. I have a huge amount of respect for the guys who billy goat up and down the mountains of AZ, NM, UT etc chasing mulies and elk. They are hardcore.

We had a guy bring out a bow and try it one time on a goose hunt. He didn't hit anything but came close. He used these

I want to get into bow hunting but our place is totally set up for rifles so I think it would be a lot of work to make it bow hunting friendly.

I'm working on a video of me trying to shoot a squirrel out of a tree out front. I want to hit him off a limb and make him fly across the yard instead of pinning him to the trunk. I periodically check to see but the dogs scared him off for now. He'll be back.

Mostly time and garfish by the dock-light. I never killed a deer with it yet, but I intimidated a couple.
