When I read this
My first thought was this
Then I read the post and realized I don't dream big enough

That is cool DeltaDoc. Have you seen Jake Peavy’s place in Alabama?
It’s unreal if you haven’t seen this
That place is awesome! Are these horse stalls in the barn?

Yes. Look at these at these pictures as well
Who needs a Deuce and a Half?
This can all be yours for $10,000,000.

This isn't a must have but it sure looks like a cool thing to have at a camp when there is some dead time:

Is that a wine cellar in the background to the left?

That's a fine place but will be hard to move due to the lack of people able to afford that price tag. Some great idea's coming through. Knew you guys wouldn't disappoint.

The one that DeltaDoc sent you would be a great one to get ideas from.

First, everything that touches should be high quality, clean, and white. It's the same principle in play when you go to a 5-star hotel. The sheets? All white. Towels? All white. Soap and shampoo? Aveda or other high-end stuff that doesn't come from Wal-mart.
Nothing says your camp host didn't try more than getting in a bed to find a pile of sand in there between the camouflage sheets and then washing the sand off in the shower with dial soap and head and shoulders shampoo. White sheets with brown or olive colored comforters or duvet covers is the norm at high-end camps. You never have to wonder if the sheets are clean.
I hear where you are coming from but honestly, that doesn't sound very inviting to me. For a hunting camp, I want something more like an old comfortable pair of boots. I can just see hunters banging around with their gear, guns and muddy clothes and me worrying about getting the white linens soiled and walls scuffed up!
Some concrete stained floors, wood slat paneling and a good layout will be awesome. I do like your idea's about the living area...comfy couches and coffee tables for stinky feet are a must!

Yeah, that place is awesome and much more affordable for me. Like you said though, I need to get that off the ground about 3-4 feet.

Is your property on a river?
Make sure if you get a HVAC unit, to put it 3-4 feet of the ground as well. I'd go with a tankless water heater and be sure to get your wires and pipes covered and protected underneath the cabin from the weather.

Please take those pictures of my club’s setup. Thanks.

Multiple 150+ inch bucks are seen each year
So they’ve seen a couple 150 inch deer? If I had $10 million to drop on hunting property, the place certainly better have more quality deer than “multiple 150+ inch bucks.”

saloon with custom appointments throughout, bowling alley, game room, full gym, driving range, massive barns/shops, horse barn with tack rooms, music stages, even a replica of Fenway Park.
Ahhh so this place is about showing off how much money you have, not hunting. Got it.

Now, that is cool. If I built it on pilings, this is what I would do.
What a locker room!

No, I'm not on a river. Just flat Delta land and it's a quagmire after a day or two of hard rain.

I am a dentist, and I dont see how he produces enough to keep up with a 4 million hunting camp, duck club, personal residence, country club, and a really nice office. I need to go take notes from him. Very nice set up he has. What part of the delta do you hunt?
Posted on 1/22/19 at 11:40 am to Rebel12
I am hunting near Indianola. Yeah, I thought that was quite a place on a Dentist income, but who knows, maybe he married into money?
Posted on 1/22/19 at 11:46 am to Doctor Strangelove
The Delta is some of the best land, if not the best land for hunting.
